Oh hey there, where you been?

It has been FAR too long since anything has happened on here... not Touchdown Girls' style at all! So while I have nothing spectacular to report at this time, I at least wanted to come and maintain some presence on the world wide web; before we are forgotten forever!!

I guess SOME stuff has happened in the last week or two. Last weekend Katrina went to Quebec city to party with some friends, and Danica and I stayed local. I was SUPPOSED to go to Renfrew (oh ya, remember that story) Saturday night, but that didn't end up happening so I pretty much hibernated for most of the weekend. 

It was spectacular. Weeks of sleep deprivation led up to that point and I have not one regret! Danica spent the weekend with her son, doing some productive stuff that normal people do on weekends. I don't get it at all (lol).

The Sunday was a birthday celebration for two of our teammates though, so we joined forces and actually went out. Leave it to us to go out on the one night of the weekend where the next day is a work day. 

We started out at Tennessy Willems. A really great little wood-fired pizza shop on Wellington, with some impressive wine and quite possibly the best mussels I have ever had before. Delish. From there we went to Katrina's place for a couple beer.

From there the group separated, with some going to Barrymore's for their 80's night, and others retiring for the evening (which is the option I chose!). Monday morning hangovers are the worst! A great time was had by everyone, including a few girls in the group who fell in lust at the bar and had a REALLY good night/morning ;) Good for them. Nothing like a little Down N Dirty debauchery!

After that night, not a lot happened... we've actually been very well behaved girls lately! I know, i can hardly believe it myself. This weekend should bring with it some fun though, as tomorrow we are celebrating Katrina's birthday!!!

Not sure exactly how everything is going down tomorrow, but the general idea is that we will go see the Dragon Boat races, head to Katrina's for a BBQ, and then head to the Heart n Crown... which will be nice because I don't really remember the place despite being there for an hour or two and grinding up a storm on the dance floor, allegedly!

A couple of girls from the Renfrew scene are coming to party, so I'm suuuure it is going to be an interesting evening (remember the ones who peed on a front lawn and tried to walk into someone's house??). I'm sure there will be plenty of stories to share on Monday! Until then, I leave you with this:
